Finally
John has been posting the pictures for our blog this whole time. He is showing me how and so I decided to post a picture of him (finally). Isn’t he so cute:)

We still have a lot of snow, but it’s been melting for the past couple days so I’ve removed the snow falling theme from our blog.
Can you tell I’m ready for spring/summer?

I just came across this picture, we took it a year ago this month, we thought you’d enjoy it. I also have some without the rooster but Sue liked this shot the best. This is really a sunset, but thought it would be fun to show the rooster (which is attached to our house, it’s a bell that we use to call the kids in).
It was so bright out that it appeared to be dawn, it was brighter outside than inside our home (with all the lights off…getting ready for bed). This was last night at 12:30am. I could see other houses, cars, roads, and if there would have been anyone out this late, I would have seen them clearly. The moon was breaking through the clouds (it had been overcast all day/night). These pictures don’t do it justice… (click to enlarge)
While I’m thinking about it, and before it get’s much later…
We wanted to wish everyone a Merry CHRISTmas and a Happy New Year! Our intentions were good, but Sue’s been sick for the past 3-4 months (yes we’re expecting again), and so we didn’t get any CHRISTmas cards sent out (we all know our wifes run our homes). So don’t feel bad if you didn’t get a card from us, nobody did. Please enjoy the pictures below and our warmest holiday greetings.
With Love,
The Strock Family
We took down the tree today, Sue took a break with the kids to sing for you:
One of Sue’s favorite things to do at this time of year is to create a sled run for the kids:
The following pictures was taken today (a couple days after the above pictures), the snowball on the left and the sled run on the right. (There’s actually another snowball that you can’t see just behind the swing set.)
